UK McDonald's 'McLibel' Case "Not Fair" rules European Court

Yahoo! News - British Activists Hail Court Ruling in 'McLibel' Case: "STRASBOURG, France (Reuters) - Two Britons libeled by U.S. fast food chain McDonald's (after the longest court case in English legal history) did not have a fair trial, the European Court of Human Rights ruled Tuesday. "

This was a landmark case and it led to the changes going on at McDonalds which has been spurred on by books such as Fast Food Nation and the Award Winning Film "Supersize me"

Many more people now know the truth about McDonalds - lots more work to be done though....
